Terms and Conditions

By downloading, accessing, or using Reel It AI, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. About Reel It AI

Reel It AI helps users create short-form videos, animate text, export media, and generate caption suggestions using artificial intelligence. These terms apply to the Reel It AI mobile application, website, and related services operated by Pardal Labs ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Reel It AI. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms for you.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos, videos, text, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested app features.

You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions for content you use. You must not upload or create content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative, or harmful.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI caption suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or publishing it. AI-generated output is provided without a guarantee of originality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

When you request an AI caption, selected images or video thumbnails may be temporarily uploaded and processed by our service providers, including Firebase and OpenAI, to provide the feature.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Reel It AI may offer an automatically renewing monthly subscription, currently identified in the app as Reel It AI+. The price and billing period shown in the app at purchase time control.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID after confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Except where required by law, payments are nonrefundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to downloads from the App Store: Apple Standard EULA.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse Reel It AI, interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, automate abusive requests, distribute malware, or use the service to violate another person's rights or applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

Reel It AI, its branding, software, design, and non-user content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use the app.

8. Third-Party Services

The app relies on third-party services such as Apple, Firebase, and OpenAI. Their terms and policies may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party services or for interruptions caused by them.

9. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms. Material changes will be identified by an updated effective date or another reasonable notice.

10. Termination

You may stop using Reel It AI at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or protect the service.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reel It AI is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent storage, or that generated content will meet your needs.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pardal Labs and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of content, profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of Reel It AI.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Pardal Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
